Consequences of Not Using Official Support Channels:
Repeatedly messaging staff or instructors outside support channels may lead to a warning or account suspension.
14.2 Response Time for Complaints & Queries
14.2.1 How Long Does Raha Technologies Take to Respond?
Response time depends on the type of request:
General Queries (Course Information, Enrolment Questions):
- Response Time: 24-48 hours
- Method: WhatsApp, Email, Live Chat
Technical Issues (Login Problems, Video Not Playing, Access Issues):
- Response Time: 2-5 business days
- Method: Email, Support Ticket
Payment Issues (Refund Requests, EMI Processing, Duplicate Charges):
- Response Time: 5-7 business days (Investigation required)
- Method: Email (support@rahatechnologies.com)
Serious Complaints (Harassment, Policy Violations, Course Misconduct):
- Response Time: 7-14 business days (Reviewed by management)
- Method: Email only

A student asks about upcoming batch details via WhatsApp โ Response within 24 hours.
Example 2 (Longer Response Time – Payment Issue):
A student requests a refund and sends required documents โ Takes 5-7 business days for verification.
Delays Can Happen If:
The student submits incomplete information (e.g., missing transaction ID for payment issues).
The student sends multiple duplicate requests, causing delays in response.
Important Rule: Sending multiple emails or messages will NOT speed up response timeโit may actually delay resolution.
14.3 Escalation Process for Unresolved Issues
14.3.1 When Can a Student Escalate a Complaint?
If a student is not satisfied with the support response, they can escalate the issue ONLY IF:
The original request was not resolved within the stated response time.
The response given was incomplete or incorrect.
There was no response at all after 10 business days.
You CANNOT escalate a complaint if:
You did not follow the correct support process first.
Your request was denied due to policy violations.
You are trying to bypass standard refund or payment policies.
Example 1 (Valid Escalation Request):
A student reported a technical issue 10 days ago but never received a response โ Escalation allowed.
Example 2 (Invalid Escalation Request):
A student did not like the refund policy and demands an exception โ Escalation denied.
14.3.2 How to Escalate an Issue?
Step-by-Step Escalation Process:
Step 1: Submit a Follow-Up Request
- Email
support@rahatechnologies.com with [Urgent: Escalation Request] in the subject line.
- Include previous ticket ID and reason for escalation.
Step 2: Raha Technologies Review & Final Decision
- The issue will be reviewed within 7-10 business days.
- The final decision will be sent via emailโit CANNOT be challenged again.
Step 3: Legal Dispute (If Necessary)
If a student still disagrees after escalation, they can follow the Dispute Resolution Process (Section 12).
Direct legal action is NOT allowed until the internal resolution process is completed.
Example 3 (Legal Dispute Not Allowed Before Escalation):
A student threatens legal action without first following the escalation process โ Case dismissed, complaint rejected.
Final Decision Authority:
Raha Technologies has the FINAL decision on all disputesโstudents must accept the resolution given.
